If the furnace suddenly stops, it must be ensured that the furnace materials are cleaned before stopping, otherwise it will seriously affect the service life of the furnace body.

The interior of the activation furnace is made of refractory bricks and cast materials, which prevent the materials from coming into contact with the cylinder. The temperature of the furnace body is stored and controlled better, producing high-quality activated carbon. The temperature inside the furnace reaches the standard heating temperature of coconut shell carbonized material inside the furnace: between 900 and 1100 ℃.
